Knowledge of self and self-awareness are important factors for developing sympathy, empathy and compassion for others. Yoga allows the mind to reach clarity. This clarity leads to better problem solving skills for ourselves and others. Attending yoga classes with others builds community, creates dialogue, and systematically strengthens relationships that far outreach the classes themselves through spreading positivity.
When we look inward and resolve those issues internally, it is then easier for us to spread that healing to our family, friends, neighbors, and community. Women can harness their inner power through yoga, reclaim any power they feel they may have lost, and improve the inner and outer workings of complex systems.
