Catt Sadler is also the International Spokesperson for the Women Like Us Foundation and Co-Leader of the Women Like Us Foundation Hollywood Chapter.

Born to an affluent Cambodian father and a Chinese mother, Loung Ung was only five years old when the Khmer Rouge stormed into her city. Four years later, in one of the bloodiest episode of the twentieth century, some two million Cambodians—out of a population of seven million—had died at the hands of the infamous Pol Potand the Khmer Rouge genocide. Among the victims were both of Loung’s parents, two sisters and twenty other relatives.
For 738 days, without touching the ground, Julia Butterfly Hill lived in the canopy of an ancient redwood tree, called Luna, to help make the world aware of the plight of ancient forests. On December 18, 1999 Julia Butterfly Hill, then 26, came down to a world that recognized her as a heroine and powerful voice for the environment.

The Shantiugand birthing center provides safe birthing for mothers and children in a remote area of Uganda.

Regarded as one of the most successful women's basketball coaches in history, Lin Dunn was named as the fourth head coach in Indiana Fever History in December, 2007. She is well-chronicled as one of the nation's foremost pioneers of women's basketball, and one of its most prominent coaches and leaders.
Prabha formed Ramana's Garden as Home for Destitute Children as a result of her spiritual practice on the banks of River Ganga. She has created a small grassroots Rural Development Assistance Project dedicated to the Empowerment of Women and Children living in remote mountains, below poverty-lines, in the villages of the Garhwal, Uttarachal, and Rishikesh, India.
