Years ago I partnered with my friend Elaine Voci to present an all day conference. The title was FINDING YOUR VOICE. We each spoke about the power of speaking up and being proud to present your real self, your real opinions, your real conversation to the world. It's empowering and important.
In light of my daughter Catt Sadler who resigned from her job at E Entertainment due to pay disparity, the conversation has once begun with a fury! I hope you'll join me in standing up for gender equality and social justice in this very important time in history for women.

I believe strongly in the power of women to create change. I started the program as an empowerment program for young girls to create confidence. There is a significant need for positive people and positive real role models for girls to aspire to become.
There is a reason that I rarely make my own posts on the foundation website. The Women Like Us mission is not about me; it is about us. I founded Women Like Us to support, celebrate, and recognize women-led initiatives. Initiatives that catalyze change for women (and the world), and actions that bring us closer to gender equality.
