MONICA QUINN

Hi, 

My name is Monica Quinn. I am a UCLA graduate and an Actress in Los Angeles. I am so excited to have the opportunity to have teamed up with "Women Like Us" to create a chapter that will allow me to help other artist raise funds to see their individual projects come to life. In this city it can be hard to remember why you wanted to become an artist in the first place. After years of auditions with little or no success it is easy to feel burnt out and discouraged. I want to help people avoid this feeling and give them back the power to realize that artistry is in your own hands. Creativity is God Given and should be available to anyone who has the drive for it. Funding is another story, and very often it is the excuse as to why most people do not get their projects off of the ground. I am here to help with that very problem. I have teamed up with "Women like Us", becuase I believe in social change. I believe in helping others, and I believe that we as artists can manifest social change one project at a time. I want to help you gain the funds to create that one man show, or that short film, or even displaying your art work in a gallery so that everyone can see it.  If you have a vision and want to see it manifested team up with the "Diversity Through Arts" Chapter. We can help you throw an event to raise funds for your project. We would also love if you helped us as well by volunteering on an event and telling a friend about the services we provide. Let's as artist put our voices, hearts, and hands together and make a difference. Thank you and I hope to see you soon.
