Our Stories are Singular…Our Passions are Shared.

The mission of the Women Like Us Afternoon Tea and Speaker Series is to provide an afternoon of motivation and inspiration through real stories from real women while providing a philanthropic opportunity for all attendees.

Women Like Us Afternoon Tea and Speaker Series is based on Linda Rendleman’s book, Women Like Us: Real Stories and Strategies for Living Your Best Life. The event spotlights outstanding women entrepreneurs, philanthropists, politicians and more. It features three women who will share their stories of triumph and struggle, their passions and inspirations, and the lessons learned along the way.

Developed as an opportunity for women to offer their stories to other women in an effort to mentor and offer resources for growth, the Women Like Us series brings women together for a common goal and creates a common bond of connectedness.

The target audience is women who seek connections with like-minded women. They seek to enhance their own legacy by giving back to their communities and the world and enriching their own lives as well as others.

Through selection of dynamic women speakers, your own venue, sponsorships, table reservations, a silent auction and the use of our keenly developed marketing program and customized format for you and your Women Like Us Chapter, this popular fundraiser is a significant part of the chapter fundraising effort.

As a chapter, you are provided with the template for the Women Like Us Afternoon Tea and Speaker Series, a procedures manual and consulting and facilitation opportunities from Women Like Us.

Through your tea, you will be able to make a difference around the world.
